I won a dispute with a scammer and it says I was given a refund. However, I look into my bank account and I was not refunded. Need urgent help.

Like i said if you won it will take time for the money to get back in your bank account.

Not getting my money back.

So I tried buying an in game item but the seller turned out to be a scammer. I put the transaction under review and increased the dispute. I won but i never got my money back. It said that if I win the case, the money would be put back into my bank account because I used a card to purchase it. What do i do?
