Is there any way you can, enable the account before? or reduce the punishment time

Just checked your account and found that you were warned the first time for selling beta/trial codes on 09/17/2019 and after the warning, you were selling an account and beta/trial codes.
So in this case you received a 30 day ban. Please guarantee that you do not commit anymore violations because next time might be a permanent ban.

If you see anyone selling that type of code, please inform us so we could take appropriate action.

Exactly, they are not generated or stolen codes.
They are original from xbox, I don’t know what the reason for restricting it is

The reason these types of codes are not allowed is because they are “trial codes”. They are supposed to be free and as informed by Microsoft, they are not allowed to be commercialized.
So if you see anyone selling them on Gameflip, please inform us so we could remove the listing asap. We are always looking out as well to remove them.
