How do I buy things if I’m under age of 18?

It sais I need a photo of my ID and my face for my transaction to go thru but I’m only 14 so I don’t have a ID can I still buy from here?

Are you a seller or a buyer?
Because either way , you have to have a paypal account or a bank card to able to do transactions either buying or selling.
