hi Xue, After you submit your request and your banking information is correct it will take between 2-5 business days. ( depending on when you request it. ) If you request friday evening then it wont get proceesed until monday and wont appear into your account until either tuesday- friday.
If you process monday morning it may take 2-4 days on average so expect it wed-friday.
Remember on weekends they will just sit there.

To also add to what Vincent said. Please make sure that your PayPal account is completely verified. If it’s not, PayPal will not allow for the money to be transferred and they will hold it. If this is the case, once you verify your account, you’ll be able to claim the withdraw.
