I added funds but I am a minor and unable to complete the id verification (invite code NVK2F4 )

I’ve added funds using my personal PayPal which is connected to a prepaid card provided by my parents. The issue is the purchase is under review and says I must add a picture of me and my id. I do not have an Id, nor do I have a mobile phone bill. I was hoping I could either be an acception and have my purchase accepted,or if the add funds pending notification could just be cancelled all together.
