Please help, I added funds to my wallet today. Only the second time I added funds but this time it’s under review. I see I need to verify my account. As I live on the UK I don’t have an I’d card but I do have a valid passport. Can I use the passport as verification? If not can I wait until gameflip verifies my account? Thanks for your assistance.

I checked your last order and can see that it was canceled because you were not able to provide this information.
Since this information was requested by our anit-fraud system because of a high dollar order, the Review Team would not be able to release the order without this information.
Also, the Phone Bill verification does not count to reduce purchase reviews. The only documents that help reduce reviews are ID and Payment method verifications.
