I recently added funds on the wrong account because it is connected to my steam account that is not tradable. Can i refund the money and you take away my balance?
Hi @hatch43, I’m sorry but as stated in the Add Funds checkout page, after added, the funds are not refundable.
Why do you have two accounts?
Because when I made an account i accidentally added my wrong csgo account which is non tradable so i had to add it to my main one which is tradable. Than it auto logged into my other one and i bought funds. I was only going to use the funds to buy the skin unless the skin can somehow be transferred to my main account? I have proof I bought it and can send any proof if you ask too.
