I cant connect Gameflip app when i using my phone internet but when i use wifi i can connect, i dont understand, when i connect with any wifi everything awesome but when i connect my phone internet i cant connect what can i do about it?
Got to the app from settings and see if you allowed the app to connect through both Cellular and WiFi or just WiFi, that could be the problem, hope that helps.

Where you able to resolve the issue?
Just like @VerifiedSeller informed, make sure the Gameflip app is authorized by the system to use WIFI e celular data.
