I didn't receive a refund.

13 days ago (10 business days) I was going to add 6 dolars to my wallet, but I decided to cancel the the transaction and requested a refund,but yet I didn’t receive it. The support always send me an automatic message saying it could take 10 business days, a term that has already been exceded. What should I do?
