I have a Refund in theory (4A31GF)

After i cant post anymore on the original topic i have to open a new one…
This site try to belive me my refund is on the way but more than 10 buisness days of course still nothing.
This is the worst site i ever used! I will report this site fo relevant bodies.

i bought by card but i didnt get any email about refund. I dont think so i had to get one.

I have never used card to purchase because they do not accept cards issued in my country. With paypal all Ok.
