Purchased an item and cancelled by game flip but never refund my money

I purshased 3 items and game flip cancelled but they never refund my money, I wrote them about that 3 days ago but they never respond me , someone has the same problem?? What I suppose to do??

All refunds depend on your bank account or PayPal and how they handle refunds. On average, refunds take 3-5 days.

Note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
