I canceled a purchase before it was completed it’s been 5 days and my money on my card is still pending what the heck how do I get cases or contact someone to release it to my account.
When you cancel your transaction, we will submit the refund immediately. Depending on the payment method you use, it could take up to 7 days to process your refund.
(Remeber all banks handled refunds differently)
︎If you used a credit/debit card, the charge will go back to your card
︎If you used PayPal, Alipay, or WeChatPay, the fund will go back to your respective account
︎If you used Cash from your Gameflip Cash Balance (Sale Proceeds or Add Funds), it will go back to your Cash Balance immediately
︎If you used Credits from your Gameflip Credits Balance, it will go back to your Credits Balance immediately
Refunds “might” take up to 10 business days to complete
Normally 10 business days is the maximum time it could take. If you don’t get a refund by 10 business days after the refund was send please reply to this post.
