I have join to two plans by mistake and want to keep one?

I have join to Gold and Platinum plan, and I want to keep Gold one and cancel Platinum one because it does not include what I sell on gameflip and I get zero benefit from it. and if possible to refund me for it, thanks

Unfortunately, there is no way of refunding purchased subscriptions. :frowning:
But you can stop it auto renewal so you won’t be charged for it again later.
