Hello, I’m selling games for gameflip, but Sales Cap is too small in Gold subscription. Platinum subscription as I think, only for the sale of in-game items. I can cancel the Gold subscription and buy it again to reset the Sales Cap? Or can I just create another account with Gold Subscription? Is it possible or will I break the rules? Tell me what to do, 200 dollars very little 
Hey, unfortuantely not. You will need to wait the subscription renewal in order to use it again.
You may create a new account, but we can’t remove a phone number from your old account, also, your rates won’t be carried to the new account as well.
