I bought my Platinum subscription on March 30, the same day that the 0% sale was announced. Since I didn’t sell anything under the subscription but sold under the 0%, can I get a refund on my subscription? My invite code is 8X5BN2. I still haven’t recieved my refund after op_joker said it would be processed by last Friday.

Hey I contacted support and they said that since the payment is complete it can’t be reversed. I still have a message from op_joker saying that they would refund my 10$ subscription. What’s going on?
