I have no identification(drivers license)

This has gone on for 4 days now, i brought white zombas and it went under review as usual. normally it asks for the 4 letter code. but this time it asked for 4 letter code, my credit card and drivers license/state approved identification. i gave them the 4 letter code and the back and front of my card but now they are asking for my id. the card that gets used is my card but my dad controls whether i can buy anything or not. can someone help me please
