I know it seems fishy but they are just doing their best to make sure that no1 is scamming or using false information and such to get free games and accessories. They dont share it with anyone else its only them to verify who you are. Not sure about the bill though. Hope this helps.
Uh they will most likely cancel your order, it happened with me. I had my brother buy me some funds but this is a red flag for fraudulent activity. Try to signup with your friends email and make sure everything matches up. Good luck!
