I came across many listings on Gameflip where people are selling Ebay gift cards, is it allowed? If not how they are still being listed and many even successfully sold as well!

I’d assume the cards are not allowed according to Reddit (someone selling them got warned) and the terms of service not explicitly stating they’re allowed in the non gaming giftcard section.
