Items From Inventory Does Not Appear In Gameflip Selling Listing

Hello Gameflip team,

Im trying to selling my items but the listing in Gameflip marketplace does not synchronize well. Im having an issue with my CS2 items. The items does not appear in my listing and I already did refresh, re-login, or clean my cache browser. The error shown as below:

“Your Steam inventory is empty. Add items to your inventory and refresh”.

Despite the items already tradeable and marketable after 7 days long wait.

Sometimes, Steam inventory synchronization may fail if your inventory privacy settings are not set to public, or if there is a delay on Steam’s side updating the tradeable/marketable status of items. Please make sure your Steam inventory is set to public and try again.

That said, since you have already tried re-login and clearing your cache, I’ll also forward this case to our engineering team to check if there’s any sync issue on our side. We’ll update you as soon as we have more information.
