James D Seller is trying to scam people.

So i bought some credits from this guy “James D”. He just instant marked as deliveried but he didn’t deliver the credits and he refuses to answer me. After i bought he just listed more credits for very cheap prices and he will do the same to other buyers. I already opened a dispute against him. Could you guys please check that?
