I am new to the site today, I made an $100+ purchase. the money has been withdrawn from my bank account. I was then asked to verify my identity…fair enough. When I returned to verify I was logged out my account and when I clicked log back in it says login error, I am 100% the user and password are correct. I have tried on safari, chrome, Mac and iPhone internet and app. I have requested password reset but nothing is coming through on text or email. Can someone please help me as I do not know what I am doing and I have spent a lot of money. Thank you
