Maybe a Verify Bug

Dear Gameflip Team.
I have the following problem. When I want to sell a game item or edit a current offer of mine, I get a message that I have to verify myself, but I am already verified as you can see, and I can’t sell an item or edit a current offer

In the Screenshot, you can see that I am verified.

I’ve been selling on gameflip for multiple years now and I had no issues til now, I went to publish a listing today and I was asked to verify even though I was verified already, I am assuming it’s just a bug and should be fixed as soon as possible.

I also think that too, and that it is already known as a bug.
Hope it will be fixed tomorrow or as soon as possible

Here is my Profile Code: MT95WW

I using Windows 11 Home 24H2
and i use Google Chrome with the latest Version.

The funny thing about the problem is that I can edit my offers via the Gameflip mobile app, but not on the PC

Can you confirm if you are still experiencing the issue?

The Issue seems to be fixed.
When I click on Start Selling, the verification page no longer appears, which is very good. :smiley: Thanks for solving the problem.

I had to refresh my browser or the page once with the F5 key. This refreshes the cache once and the page is completely reloaded into the cache.
