Need help, bought a knife and didn't got it

I just bought a knife (81$ USD) and the seller was new. I have been waiting for the trade 2 days, and he didn’t even response. I hope someone can help me because I can’t make a ticket or something like that and I don’t want to lose those 81$ usd like nothing. Please staff check that and give me my money back or tell that guy to give me my knife
