How many days should I wait to get my payout?
And do I need to do something for approval thing?

Payouts may take up to 7 days to complete, but it usually takes less like, 1-2 days.
Regarding the approval, there is no need to do anything. The team will check your payout request soon, if they haven’t done so yet.
