no response from the buyers & delivery time ended

i have x3 orderes the buyers dont want to reply and the delivery time ended and in 1 day now ill get x3 auto bad rates for not being delivered, i need this x3 orders canceled please, i dont want to cancel it my self cuz it gives the buyers chance to rate me bad later.
