I have a paypal account where i have linked my credit card.I applied to confirm my credit card,and i am waiting for confirmation code in my credit crad.
Can i withdraw money from here to my Paypal Account in this situation ?

I wanted to buy a camera from Ebay but when I tried to make the payment, it says that my credit card is not verified, I just used Paypal yesterday and it worked just fine. My account status is ‘verified’ so I don’t know how to verify the credit card…
