So i added some money from my cc cause i was gonna purchase something but the item sold. Why cant i transfer my money back to my card or paypal

When adding funds, this box needs to be checked in order to add funds:
Since you have added your funds, you won’t be able to withdraw/refund your transfer.
I can only think to buy an item with the whole amount and sell it for the same?
