Order hasn't been deliver yet


I bought a skin and the seller still hasn’t updated me with anything. The order says in progress waiting for delivery. It’s been more than 2 days and the seller was supposed to deliver it by 1 day.
Could you guys please let me know how to cancel the order?

Open a dispute on that order page. If you don’t do it fast enough the order will finalize due to you auto-rating the seller. To get help from a moderator here, post your invite code.

If you have problems using the dispute feature on the website, could you please screenshot it, and try opening the dispute on the Android or iOS app.
