You should use a wallet that allows you to exchange for cash in your country ( try coinbase, localbitcoins).
The address may change, but goes to the same wallet.

Whatever wallet you use, the same BTC address can be reused again. It’s just a best practice to use a new address for each transfer (to preserve anonymity), but that’s not mandatory.
For regulation purpose, the same BTC address must be reused so that authority can track your money flow.
