I am new and was going to sell a steam item on here but it says I need to put in a credit card so how do I get my item back from the bot?

You should first read THIS
Then you should start selling after proper verification. Which type of item you trying to sell, if its CS GO you need to wait 7 days after trading with bot in order to retrieve it back. If its TF2 Or Dota 2 it should be instant, ticket can be created HERE
