PROBLEM: "Account Locked (under investigation)" - ticket #965994

I’m posting here because I’m desperate, I don’t know where else to contact you guys to get an answer.

I have a big problem with my Gameflip account. I can’t use it since Friday November 8, 2024, I get an error “Account Locked (under investigation)”.

I immediately made a ticket that same day (#965994), but to this day I have no answer, I don’t know the reason for this block to “investigate” me. No one has answered me the reason, nor how to solve it.

I am a very reliable seller, I had been on the platform since 2019 with an impeccable reputation, more than 12,500 sales and 100% positive reputation. I have even been in Gameflip’s seller program for 1 year and that same week the support had invited me to advertise my page for my good performance as a seller.

It is desperate because I cannot use my account, nor create listings, nor answer messages, nor deliveries, nor withdraw my money!

My ticket is in “urgent” status but they don’t answer me. It is a very important issue and I find it very strange that no one will tell me the reason or help me how to solve it. I used to work daily on my account, Gameflip was my main sales platform and now I can’t use it or withdraw my money.

I hope you can give me a hand as soon as possible, I would be super grateful.
