Just wanted to let you know that some of your text promo codes are not working. Tonight I got a 10% that did not work stating it was invalid (missed buying an item too while trying to get it to work, but oh well) and on 9/6 I received a promo code for 15% that was not working also stating it was invalid. I’ve received a working code once so I’m not sure what the issue is.
Hello! Can you send me screenshots of these errors so I can look into this further? Also, let me know the item you tried to purchase and the time you ried to make the purchase.
