Skrill and TransferWise are the two options I have to withdraw money out of Gameflip. Does anyone know how to get money into PayPal/Bank Account using any of these options? I can’t seem to find a way.
You can withdraw with transferwise to your local bank account, just double check if transferwise is available for your country

I further looked into TransferWise after you mentioned it, and I now see the option for sending to a bank account. Skrill charge a £4.97 fee and it takes 2-5 days, TransferWise take around 2% and it happens almost instantly.
If you didn’t mention it, I wouldn’t have looked. Thanks!
