Support time issue

How long does it really take Gameflip to contact about an issue? The email says 2 to 4 business days, but I am waiting for their response from one ticket that was over 3 weeks ago and I just made a new one for a different issue I had with a seller. It use to be within hours of having a dispute. Should I not use this site any more because of the lack of support from Gameflip?
