My account hasn’t been able to publish listings for a while. I know it’s because of the rules they added a couple months back. I have already tried to fix it by adding a debit card to my account but it still says my account isn’t eligible to publish listings. If anyone can help with my problem I would appreciate it. You’ll need to add a card that is not prepaid or send documents for verification.
There is also the option to add funds in your account.
