Your account is not eligible to publish this listing (NEED HELP)

Hey today I wanted to list some Giftcards and I got the message: ‘Your account is not eligible to publish this listing’, I have nearly no disputes with these Amazon Giftcards so I am not quite sure why I can’t list them so people said I just need to do the ID verification and afterwards I can list them again, if that’s the case can an admin/moderator please confirm this so I can do the ID verification, ASAP, thanks.

I submitted for review can an admin please check it before the weekend otherwise I cant list any items.
