Hi, I bought something it went under review I got the PayPal email verified the code and all was good, now every time I buy something it’s goes under review and I don’t get the PayPal email.
Any ideas?
i usually add fund first with paypal. so when buying, i have balance before no needed processing payment or process add fund when order confirmed. so i usually add fund > buy > place order > completed.
do you buy > place order > add fund > under review ?
The Paypal email is sent only once.
If you are still being held, that means you need account verification (e.g. ID, phone bill etc)
If you are already verified, then please contact support.
