My legitimate mobile phone number is being considered as a VOIP number (It’s not).
Is it possible to somehow bypass this error or add my number manually by administration?

Is your phone provider prepaid? Sometimes that would be considered VOIP by the website. Can you find another phone number you can freely access? If you sign in through the phone app and accept the “Make this the default device for answering challenges” checkbox, then you can use the code generated instead of a text message each time you sign in.
