Hello, I’m trying to register another account on Gameflip (I do not have enough Sale cap), but none of my phones are working (I can call, send sms and more from them). On any of the phones I get the message: “Phone must be mobile not voip”. Perhaps the problem is that all phones are from Russia, but why does my phone work for the current account works? Please, help!
I suggest you create a ticket and give them your phone number and the name of the phone carrier for them to investigate. The service they use probably have the phone classified as VOIP, and a lot of convenient “fill as you go” phone services are VOIP.
