Im trying to get my money back on a product i bought, the seller never contacted me after i purchased or messaged back. I cant find the cancel order button after waiting a day.
There’s a grace period, so please give it 48 hours and then the cancel purchase button will appear. Also, check the listing to see how long the time for delivery is. Sellers have the option from 1-3 days. If you want an item right away, it is your responsibility to check the delivery time and avoid sellers who can’t deliver right away. It is also a good idea to comment on the listing to get a response from the seller before buying.
It has been 2 days since I bought something. Still no cancel option. The “seller sends in” is only 1 day. I want to cancel.
