@DarkKnight I ordered some Coal from this dude, and he hasn’t responded back to me, it’s been over the 24 hour delivery time, but I have no cancel button for some reason. Can you look into this for me, because dude hasn’t messaged me back at all and I’m tired of waiting so I want to cancel it don’t know why the button hasn’t popped up so I can he has his delivery time set the 24 hours, and like I said it’s been over that time and I’ve been doing this long enough now that I know how things work, so I don’t understand why the options not there

Sellers can set their time between 1-3 days but always shows as 1 day regardless what we set it to for some reason
I set one of my listings to 3 Days as a test.
It does state 3 days. It happens to you?

I’m on iOS for me no matter what it says 1 days
Did you receive a text or notification that it has been over 24 hours? If you did, then you will have an option to cancel. Happens sometimes for my buyers because of timezone differences, I cannot deliver within the 24 hours. They have the cancel option.
Just message the seller that you want to cancel. If seller keeps ignoring you then I suggest not buying from him anymore in the future. Is it been exactly 24 hours?
If urgent, then best to contact Support.

Depends on the Mods, they might take up to a few days to reply. By that time, your issue would probably be solved already so I advise you contact Support if urgent.

Yes it has been more than 24 hours, and he have his delivery time set to 24 hours, I’ve already messaged him about canceling and I’m getting nothing back, I’ve dealt with this before but it’s always giving me the cancel option but for some reason the option is not popping up this time
Well, I guess to best contact Support to ask and also let them know about this since you have dealt with it before and this is the first time it doesn’t give you the cancel option. Could be some error. We won’t know the real reason since we are just normal buyers/sellers.
Or you could wait for a Mod to reply here as well.

I managed to handle it myself by now,only been 4 days lol it’s cool I’m sure u guys are busy with everybody being stuck at home
