I bought in-game items, now the seller will not give them and will not cancel the purchase. What can I do?

After it passes the delivery time you’ll be given the option to cancel. So 24 hours from purchase time if it’s 1 day, 48 for 2, or 72 for 3. If they marked sent but have not sent you’ll need to dispute and then possibly escalate if they don’t reply still.
If it’s still within the delivery time frame they might not have had a chance to get online. Sorry for your trouble.
