What is this? Just read this in a few of the threads here, but did not really understand what it is

Sellers, like myself, who have met certain requirements and have asked Gameflip to be Featured on the store. Basically we sell skins in bulk and are on the store page for more publicity.
And what are these requirements?
Send a support ticket under the General Questions and ask to be on the Featured Store Program.
