Hi, I was looking to buy something from a seller, but the item is commonly scammed (had to refund 3 times already.) Anyways, the seller has a check before his name that says “verified by gameflip” Does this mean that the seller cannot scam me and is trusted by gameflip? Thanks.
It mean there ID, phone number, there credit card is verified by Gameflip.

As Lucy said, it means his documents has been verified but still can be a scammer so be carefull, always.
