So i got this buyer that who wants to buy something from me. At first it went thru and the under review goes off and after purchasing another one it got under review until it got cancelled and he purchase another and still under review. Just wondering why does it always under review when he is already Verified user.
It might be their credit card or payment option. They have to contact the support and wait until their card get verified. I had the same issue, I also had to contact support to payments. The support was really helpful It usually take 1 day? The support is probably more busy now I am not sure how long it will take.
