I am new to this platform which is less then 1 weeks old & I got banned from my account for no reason at all.

Error Message:
Account Banned (Fraudulent claim or filing a chargeback after receiving a purchased item).

I did not perform a chargeback against your company nor any seller after I purchase my items.
Please look into this ASAP.
