Account blocked for nothing. Still no help

So i got suspended for getting many refs. At first support was telling me under every request the same thing like a bot that my account was suspended because of fraud. Now they are just ignoring me. I got 10$ on my account and cant spend them because they blocked me. And here on forum they just tell me to contact support. WILL I EVER GET MY ACCOUNT UNLOCKED? AND WHAT ABOUT MY CREDITS?
