Account locked Again - 4th time

Please fix this issue, i had my account locked four times now (10 minutes ago the support unlocked my account and now here we are again)

I get 1 payment denied because a bug in the platform or something and support says that i got 6 payment denied…EVERYTIME.

All my cards are good and im using the same cards since 2017
