Hi…as the title says and i think its a bug, because google pay failed only one payment and then it blocked me, i have money available to spend so its very very weird.
Oh and i cant log off, its locked 100% and i have one friend waiting the code

Do leave your Invite code as well as they would need it in order to check for you if their able to.
Hi, I’m replying here not to open a topic with the exact same description.
My account got locked for the exact same issue and it was ‘unlocked/resolved’ after checking my account status for having seen no fraudulent activity under ticket #570746, 1 attempt later (again with Google Pay) it was blocked again and raised a new ticket under #573855, GF support requested me to try again and status was the same (still locked) so they proceeded to permanently suspend my account …
Ticket is still opened as I have even shared credit card bills to check the autenticity of my words, dont know the status of @Geronimo_Castreje, he might have been unlocked for good (if so please advise man) … but having always been a loyal and transparent user I’m just not understanding this situation; I even received an SMS today for being a ‘valued’ GF member with a prize of 2 USD to spend on anything.
Out of the tons of transactions on this 1+ year, being suspended due to this is not cool, @Geronimo_Castreje again, please advise or someone please tell me how to proceed with this (maybe it was a bug and it has already been resolved, but access is still restricted).
Hi, same thing happened me today. I use many cards. If one doesn’t work I use another and another til one works. I don’t know why they decline. Its probably cuz i spend money on Gameflip.com on a daily basis. Ill use the same card the next day and it will work. I can’t control the banks. I have a transaction i need to finalize too. How long will it be locked. Im lost without access to my account
I do use 2 cards (pretty common for people to have 2-3 credit cards), don’t know if there’s a limit but at least GF should ask for a ‘proof’ of those cards, I mean, if we’ve been using a Visa ending in 1111 a photo of that visa matching our name and ending in 1111 should be sufficient for them to validate that …
Apart from having a support ticket raised on ZenDesk forum admins assisted us on the process, in my case it was @MajorTom … provided all the requested information to validate my account again and issue fixed!!
