Hi, my account is locked. I was making a purchase like usual, but I wanted to use my credit card. I tried selecting one of my other saved cards listed there. It turned out to be a similar number to my intended credit card but was actually an expired card that I once lost I guess and reported as stolen maybe but I don’t remember? So that might be why it gave a lost or stolen flag although the card is also deactivated, so kind of a weird system flag.
Also, I was in the middle of another order, they sent me the product and now I can’t mark it as completed because of this lock.
Anyway so I tried to just use my main card, also tried adding the actual one I wanted, but at this point the account was already locked. I sent them a support request 2 days ago from a link I found on this forum but haven’t heard anything yet.
Can someone please ping them or something to try to make sure it gets done? I was kind of on a time limit with my original purchase so this was inconvenient… A mod said to DM them so I might try that. Thanks
